📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation logistics.,Support the Logistics Manager in developing and implementing logistics strategies and plans.,Monitor and track logistics performance, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and delivery statuses.,Assist in the preparation and organization of logistics reports and presentations for management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team and stakeholders.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel and delivery duties.
