📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the recruitment team in achieving departmental goals and targets.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
