📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor biomass boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend boiler lifespan.
• Monitor fuel supply and inventory to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Record and analyze boiler performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement maintenance schedules and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support to other team members on boiler operations and maintenance.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Biomass Boiler Operator or similar role.
• Certification in biomass boiler operation and maintenance (e.g., ISO 17025, ASME, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of boiler control systems and instrumentation (e.g., PLC, DCS).
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards related to boiler operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
