📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during their stay.,Manage and supervise the team of staff.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the hotel.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the hotel's budget and ensure financial efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel operations and management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
