📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse in Bali, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Optimize warehouse processes using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations support overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and optimizing warehouse processes.
• Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
