📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires the best talent.,Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Manage employee training and development programs.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with management to address any HR-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and payroll systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
