📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the delivery team.,Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and meet customer expectations.,Coordinate with the office staff to manage and track delivery schedules.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.,Provide regular reports on delivery performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the delivery or logistics industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of local traffic and delivery routes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
