📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources.,Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational objectives.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
