In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive or retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
