📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Process and track orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and products are received and stored efficiently.
• Manage the night shift logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and delivery times.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as JDA or Manhattan Associates is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
