📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a successful outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
