📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistent and delicious food.,Manage and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Control food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and costing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
