📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Create and manage job postings, both online and offline, to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
