📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for hotel systems and services,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure consistency in terminology and style across all technical documents,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of hotel operations and systems,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
