📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Maintain training records and reports,Collaborate with management to ensure training goals are met,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development is a plus
