📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize production planning and inventory control processes using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely production schedules.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track production performance and inventory status.
• Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production planning and inventory control.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
