Food Den Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
