In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our telesales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing guidance and support.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
