📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and employees,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methods, techniques, and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Certification in training and development is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
