📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs and workshops.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional development.,Collaborate with other members of the learning and development team to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of education and training.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in education and training, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.,Deep understanding of the learning and development needs of our organization.,Familiarity with learning and development software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
