Pacific Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects.,Develop and implement engineering plans and specifications.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
