CV Akasia Ekspresi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Denpasar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, conduct training and development programs, and handle employee relations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.,Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute restaurant strategies and goals.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
