TRACE Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Waitress to join our team. As a Lead Waitress, you will be responsible for managing a team of waitresses, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. This is a full-time position located in Bogor, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waitresses, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring all orders are accurate and timely.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Train and develop new waitresses, helping them to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team of waitresses.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers.,Excellent knowledge of food and beverage services, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with POS systems and other hospitality software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality training or certifications preferred.
