📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation tools and technologies, such as the Motion Analysis System, Biofeedback, and Functional Electrical Stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
