📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
