As a Senior F&B Service, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction in our restaurant and bar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Promote and upsell our menu items and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
