📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of test development engineers to ensure the timely and accurate development of test programs and methodologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies that meet customer requirements and industry standards.,Oversee the development and maintenance of test equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of team members to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve the quality of test development processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other applicable industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in test development engineering, with a strong background in electronics manufacturing.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of test equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to, ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), BIST (Built-In Self-Test), and DFT (Design for Testability).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other applicable industry standards.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
