📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage the technical aspects of medical device manufacturing processes,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Develop and implement technical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians,Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance,Develop and maintain technical documentation and records🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a related technical role,Strong knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE),Proficiency in technical software and tools (e.g., CAD, CAM, PLM),Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Fluency in English is required🛠️ Keahlian
