In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic people and organization initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR functions and processes.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace conditions.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
