Sehati Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our dental team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for dental staff,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Create and update training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to training participants,Collaborate with the management team to ensure training goals are met,Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Education, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with dental software and technologies,Certification in dental training or related field is a plus
