In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning their dream vacations, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries.,Manage and confirm hotel reservations and tour bookings.,Provide information and recommendations on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell travel packages.,Maintain accurate records of client information and travel arrangements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry developments.,Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in French both spoken and written.,Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably as a Travel Consultant or Reservation Officer.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Bali and other popular travel destinations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
