You will work closely with our finance team, leveraging tools like QuickBooks and SAP, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the Chief Accounting Officer in strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial guidance and advice to department heads and managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
