📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end IT project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with IT project management best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
