As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between Accentuates and our retail partners. Your mission is to ensure that our products are well-represented in their stores, driving customer engagement and sales. You will work with a variety of retail formats, including department stores, electronics chains, and independent shops.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion.
• Create and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attractiveness in retail stores.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with retail partners to ensure mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential partners and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services with retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, retail merchandising, or a similar role in the handphone industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
