📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects that drive economic and social development in Bangka Belitung.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and civil society to foster a culture of innovation.
• Develop and manage a team of experts to ensure the successful execution of innovation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation projects to drive continuous improvement and learning.
• Represent the National Innovation Agency at national and international forums to advocate for innovation policies and practices.
• Foster partnerships with universities, research institutions, and technology companies to drive innovation and technology transfer.
• Drive the development of innovation hubs and incubators to support startups and entrepreneurs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies related to innovation and technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing innovative projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of innovation ecosystems, policies, and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
