📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with our curriculum and national early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
• Assist children with daily routines, such as meals, naptime, and outdoor play, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Document children's progress and development, communicating this information to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to maintain open lines of communication and support the child's holistic development.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Promote positive behavior and social skills, fostering a supportive and respectful classroom community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a PAUD or early childhood education setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or relevant training in child development and pedagogy.
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and the teaching team.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering each child's unique potential.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, as our center serves an international community.
