📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of radiologic technicians in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
• Interpret and report imaging findings to referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in medical imaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiologic technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using Siemens and GE imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
