📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export and import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment monitoring.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documents.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
