📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks, including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and software.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Collaborate with the fleet management team to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle history.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Certification in heavy vehicle maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, such as Snap-on or Autel.
• Knowledge of diesel engine mechanics and transmission systems.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles.
