Calibration Technician

As a Calibration Technician at Sangga Butala Setu, you will be responsible for calibrating and maintaining a wide range of measuring instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and more. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all instruments meet industry standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Calibrate and maintain a variety of measuring instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and more.
- Perform routine and special calibrations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document calibration results and maintain detailed records of all activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with measuring instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement calibration procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on calibration techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the calibration process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance calibration processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Certification in calibration techniques, such as ISO 17025, is a plus.
- Proficient in using calibration software such as LabVIEW, National Instruments, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of calibration standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment handling.
