As Laboratory Quality & Administration Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring compliance with international and local quality standards. You will manage a team of laboratory technicians, coordinate quality assurance activities, and implement quality improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with international and local quality standards.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for laboratory staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory quality management and administration.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and quality management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
