📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Excel.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial analysis.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
- Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
