📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil, interior, and MEP projects.
• Manage and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather and analyze data.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Provide administrative support to the estimator team.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
