📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns using tax software such as TaxAct or ProSystem fx.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and generating pay stubs.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Familiarity with tax software such as TaxAct or ProSystem fx is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
