📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Asticom's technology products in premium retail locations across Bali.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Report sales performance and market insights to the team.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid motorcycle driving license and reliable motorcycle for daily commuting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with retail sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
